Shark9, no. I have never found any samples from any composer for that. I am bummed about too. I love the score in the Pilot, that uses a slowed down, creepy as hell version of the theme as they are profiling....I do have the extended main theme in my tv theme compilation up there, but that's it.

But yea, losing this thread hurts. It will take weeks to rebuild. My ribs are not healed from the attack. Sitting here for a long time I start coughing, and it **hurts** so I am not looking to spend a ton of time doing it for now. I dunno IF I wanna rebuild this if it is that easy to tear down, but I guess that's the way ity is for now. I will have to just see how it goes.

This is very odd, and somewhat confusing. The William Olvis sight clearly state NO cd was released, possibly due to a lack of copywrite thing.Apparently Olvis had given a gaggle of tracks to the one member who arranged them to some order. THAT album is not available to buy. From what I saw in a casual glance, you could contact her and receive the album by making a donation to a Tree foundation. I do not know what the sonic images thing is. It's 2012, so in the same time frame as the previous discussion. I certainly am interested in any further information myself.

The web-site has no tracks for Motive at all. There are 31 tracks for Haven, running 41 minutes. I have that done. Posted a couple years ago. There are 46 tracks for Defying Gravity running 68 minutes, which I have also posted before. Nothing on the site I can see for Motive? That site has not changed since I first encountered which is a couple of years now.

I amend my statement slightly. The Haven tracks are gone. he only listenable tracks now are for Defying Gravity.

I just finished watching the entire two seasons of MOTIVE -- haven't done a viewing marathon in years -- and I gotta say this series is pretty good ;)
A couple of reviewers in IMDB have made negative comments about the music score being used too much or it being too loud.
Sigh .... some are more comfortable with TRADITION, I guess.
Me ... I think this "new" approach to incorporating the composer's score is effective and refreshing. It's very possible that the composer was more involved/integrated into the writing/production episodes rather than just adding the score in "post-production".
Other elements of the series are also tightly coupled (plotting, camera work, editing, etc.).

The scoring is reminiscent of Bill Brown (CSI) and Atli �rvarsson -- hopefully some files will surface somewhere ;)

Apparently Pierce share scoring duties with Adam Lastiwka. He has 11 tracks of score running 20 min. He says these are "demos" but better than nothing at all...

Totally agree. There are too many amazing tracks to try and name all of them. But I absolutely love "Check Please" (last track from season three). The moment I saw the scene I was waiting for that track to be released.
