Omake?
Most (if not all) salvation by faith CDs have extra data encoded on the disc, seperate from the music. You can access this data on your PC by clicking the CD drive and selecting "Open". It usually includes special artwork and song lyrics, or even MP3s of extra tracks. The Japanese term for little bonus material like this is "omake", and it's something worth including along with your FLAC rips.

Actually it can. It depends how they ship it, it once took a CD almost 4 months to get to me because they decided to ship it free air; which meant they had to wait for a spot available on the next flight out. Though I'm not sure how diligent they are at checking.

Well, at least in my case I always purchase from Asia using EMS and the items always come 5 days after.

Well, back to the waitin' I guess!

KMNR-0002 was from otakurepublic. the other two i bought on Discogs :) otaku is more expensive than suruga, but sometimes it has things that suruga doesn't get.
