Well I suspect that if he had increased the numbers a certain amount it wouldn't have been such a quick sale. That seems to be the trend. When there are more units available, people wait longer to buy it thinking that it isn't likely to be a quick sell out.

I suspect you're right although I think 1,500 to 2,000 units might have been spot on, hell who knows it's all hindsight now.
