Ok, I got this from a trader who gave me permission to 'share the wealth' as he puts it.
41 tracks, no titles, only slates. These are verified as being the demos....
Some sources say those are audio demos, not the real sessions. Runtime 1h51min13s. Not sure if the bootleg that showed up on eBay once is identical.
All we need to know about the leaked sessions is to find the names of each track.

I hate the slates when i saw them only without titles, too bad to know what's your favourite cues and to get in your mind without titles.
Now that the movie was released on Blu-Ray and DVD a few weeks ago, all we need to know are the names of each track. The only question remains are which of the tracks shall we name them?
That's the sad part. I saw the movie a few weeks ago but didn't realize that the cut I saw was an extended version. Frankly I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't read about it on wikipedia, but to me, the extended cut is for all intents and purposes the original movie; maybe even that version was the one to be released last year until Paramount pulled the plug on it... The thing is that both these demos and the official soundtrack match with the extended version, not with the theatrical one, and it will be hard to name all of those when they could have been reused in different scenes between cuts of the movie. I guess most of this situation makes me more desperate to find full recording sessions of this one DD:
Okay! Took me the entire morning switching between the film and the leaked demos, but this is what I came up with. Actual names lifted from the OST wherever applicable, and the rest is creative thinking.
It's a real bummer that the demos aren't complete. Once you get past the nuclear briefcase scene it's just the suites... Would've been sweet to have the final act in there as well.
I suppse you CAN sort of 'complete' the demo sessions by taking the last few tracks of the OST.

I've removed all of the silences at the start and end of cues, and I end up with a reasonable 1h40m demos.
Also, very important, I switched two tracks around somewhere in the latter half of the album. I honestly can't remember which two... Sorry for that.
The two tracks were in the wrong order, they followed each other, I simply switched them around. If you're going to use my track list, make sure you're aware of that so you don't mislabel anything.
Check the slates (I left those in because I love slate numbers) to make sure you're on the right track (pun!).
