Are there any soundtracks out there (film or game) that have good singers? I'm fed up of instrumental music and want something with nice vocals.

Edit. It doesn't have to be full songs. Maybe just a few one off snippets (soulful preferred to rock) but whatever.

Most movies get a VA soundtrack. Less get a score album. Just think of a movie you liked and google it. The subject is way too vast for me to really give a specific...

or Score. I guess I'm more interested in games.

What I am looking for, I don't think its so common in films. It's usually choral, not quite what I'm looking for, even in some of the more far out composers.

You can try the Hannibal OST.
It features an aria written by Hans Zimmer and Patrick Cassidy, exclusively for the film.
"Vide Cor Meum (http://youtu.be/bkE4pkJ4k_A)"

Sticking with arias, you can go down the opera road and go to stuff used in films/tv/trailers/games, etc.

Films with operas/arias
G. F. Hndel's "Lascia ch'io pianga (http://youtu.be/aVlyzznCxkQ)" used prominently in Lars von Trier's Antichrist.
Giacomo Puccini's "Tosca" opera, "Scarpia's "Va, Tosca" aria (Te Deum) (http://youtu.be/eKVrX0tpKXU)", as featured in Quantum of Solace. Note that the film portrays different parts of the opera in a linear fashion that's actually very time-spread in the real opera. The music during the kitchen shootout is actually from an earlier piece in the opera than Te Deum.
Gaetano Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" opera, the "Mad Scene" aria "Il dolce suono (http://youtu.be/wOiB7XJoi70)" was featured and altered for The Fifth Element. For the film, the actual singer for the blue Diva recorded the vocals several times and the audio engineers manipulated them to overlap. This was because the human voice could not dramatically switch to the different notes in such a short and "alien-like" fashion as heard in the film/OST. I believe the singer/actress found it even difficult to lipsynch the vocal strain for such rapid notes for the camera.
Gaetano Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" opera, again - but this time for Martin Scorsese's "The Departed". "Chi mi frena (Sextet, Act 2) (http://youtu.be/eGUUVwXkFKg)" was used several times throughout the film, as prominently as The Rolling Stones' "Gimme Shelter". You can also hear from the same opera, "Act 1: Preludio - Percorrete le spiaggie vicine" but it's not vocal. It's cute, though.
Lo Delibes' "Lakm" opera was very popular for a single aria: ""Sous le dme pais o le blanc jasmin (http://youtu.be/oxKhvcjlC7g)" from opera "Lakm" Act 2, No 2 Duetto" can be heard in Piranha (2010) and, most memorably, True Romance (1993)
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's oepra "Le nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro)". "Duettino - Sull'aria (http://youtu.be/CQ8ZHilxdm8)" Shawshank Redemption (1994) needs no introduction. "I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about." ~Red
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's version of "Requiem" is one of my personal favorites. I'm deeply attached to the version used in Shekhar Kapur's "Elizabeth (1998)". "Requiem Aeternam (http://youtu.be/fLbWLGsRiQc)"

Video games with opera/arias
Yoko Shimomura's "Parasite Eve (1998)" has an aria and various operatic/synth themes throughout the soundtrack. "Se Il Mio Amore Sta Vincino ~ Eva's Aria (http://youtu.be/tA6_CajOoL0)"
Nobuo Uematsu's Final Fantasy 3/6 had a full opera and re-recorded in full orchestration. The Dream Oath Opera (Orchestral) (http://youtu.be/owL5NjgldNo)

Anime
Joe Hisaishi's "Mononoke Hime (Princess Mononoke)". Theme Song (Mononoke-Hime, Performed By Yoshikazu Mera) (http://youtu.be/4j9fp7rnfX0)

There's more out there. I've been meaning to make an ultimate aria/vocal album.

EDIT: Film/TV/Other scores with nice vocals.
Javier Navarrete's score to Pan's Labyrinth has quite a bit of nice vocals. "Long, Long Time Ago (http://youtu.be/iMqreLYta-k)"
Shigeru Umebayashi's House of Flying Daggers. "Beauty Song (Jia Ren Qu)" (Performed by Zhang Ziyi) (http://youtu.be/0bMpJ6nrrcA)
Veronica Guerin OST (Harry Gregson-Williams and Various Artists). "The Fields of Athenry" (Performed by Brian O'Donnell) (http://youtu.be/HglpEBtxRh0)
Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King OST (Howard Shore and Various Artists). Edge of Night (Pippin's Song)/All Shall Fade (Performed by Billy Boyd) (http://youtu.be/jY9dQ8hUi7U), etc, etc, etc. Sans the face stuffing of the Steward of Gondor.
The Walking Dead 'The Parting Glass' (Performed by Beth & Maggie Greene) (http://youtu.be/K8dbokWHOxU)

How about Breaking Bad? Lots of classic vocal tracks on there.
