It's NOT the Surf Coasters album of the game, it's the original OST directly ripped with bonus tracks (7 tracks vs 11).

Thanks! I ripped it myself back in the late 90's so my mp3s desperately needed updated. I also never thought to save the stage complete/failed tunes. I think I'm about to start recording Crash City Mayhem/Runabout 3DS since I haven't seen an official OST or anyone else posting it. Thanks again!
