Is the GD section fine if I want to start a thread with important tech info and let it be the starting point of viewpoints, references and support for others?
I would maintain the initial post with updates and links to different posts regarding pertinent content like an index system.

For instance, the first news would be that FLAC updated to 1.3.0 recently.
And then there would be several external links leading to various sites for information, news and binaries.

Like a Technica Shrinepedia~

Or maybe raid the soundtrack section?

I'm not much for game soundtracks.
