I read speculation somewhere that this might be the result from music restoration done for the special dvd release. Unlike the GDM release (which used several music & effects cues from the movie) this has more music, and only one cue with effects. There's an old thread about it on the FSM board:

sometimes Mediafire determines a folder has copyrighted files and wont allow others to download it. Uploaders can see when this happens because Mediafire adds a "copyright" symbol next to the filename in their upload list. I'm not seeing that yet, but sounds like that's what's happening. I will upload it again with a password to block Mediafire bots from checking the file names.

I desperately want this but I've tried downloading 4 times (2 from each) and every time I get to the inner zip file which should require a password it doesn't prompt me for a password and just says "Unable to archive...Error 1 Operation not permitted" -- any ideas? Or could someone re-up differently?

In this instance, nothing wrong with the uploads.
First thing you should always do is Google your error message to see what other people have done to solve the problem. Your problem seems to happen with MACs. Solutions have been posted on websites I've seen googling the error message.
I can extract fine with default program on WinXP. Assuming you have a different operating system, you could try 7zip which might work better than your default program. Get the one for your operating system: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html]Download

I uploaded a plain zip file in the meantime.
