I would warn everyone, though, that the mp3 version is very obviously transcoded, probably from the iTunes AAC version, and has a horribly garbled, warbly sound.

But, be aware. If you read the comments in that thread, the user says that it is mp3 256, but that he ripped it from youTube. So...yea.
