Tracknames are not authentic, too. The only slate that is known yet is 3M2 - Training Montage.

Thank you so much drhousetapachula :) One of my favourite Elfman scores! I have the original CD - which I had to import with a great expense because Sony never bothered to release it in all European countries - and this is a great improvement.

I've been digging through the info on these files. Seems to be sourced from DAT tapes as opposed to CD? Thought that was kinda cool :D

THAT is the kind of nice and useful comment that pushed me to give this version a try, while the official CD is quite "complete".

... But this stuff has stunning sound. A "big" sound, but that's not a problem. Here again, first class studio material. You wonder why they spend so much efforts bringing the quality down for an official CD release when they're meant to have this in the first place !... Unless they don't even share their first grade sources inside their own walls ?

What makes you say that? I know that it's in 48k, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's from a 16bit / 48k DAT.
