So I did a fairly large search on the main VGM Download Links category for a Xenoblade Chronicles Soundtrack. I can't seem to find one that is legit or safe, or straight forward. Either the link was taken down, it's on a LNX site faking to be ad shortening site trying to force me to download it's p.o.s software, or I'm taken to a german download site with folder buttons that don't work, and a ad I can't remove that covers just about the whole site.
Can someone please give me a link to a legit download of the soundtrack on something simple like Mediafire or something? It doesn't have to be anything specific just as long as it's legit and not despicably obvious the ad place is trying to con me into a virus.

Did you really go through all that?
Anyway, like I said to Veracocha in another thread: I have plans to upload the soundtracks from the whole Xeno- series, all I ask for is patience, as I wish to sort other stuff first.

Yeah, I went through allll of that. I even did what I could to get around the site covering ad in hopes that I could actually find something that even RESEMBLES a download, only to find and receive nothing. It's become very annoying, searching for this soundtrack.
But, are you now? Fantastic! I've downloaded some of your stuff before so I already know you got the legitimacy. Is there any ETA? Or shall I just keep my eyes on the forum? I specifically am just looking for the Xenoblade Chronicles soundtrack(obviously) so I hope when you're finished, there will be separate downloads.

Assumptions are for asses, but I assume you have an anti-virus, correct? Because you never know what type of surprises those websites may have. To be honest, I think you should cut your losses whenever you come across those types of websites, but that's just me.
Anyway, I can't give an estimate of when the soundtracks will be uploaded, as I have other stuff to take care off, but I'll push this one up the list just like I did with Xenogears for Veracocha. I don't think a few more days will make a difference compared with the amount of time you've spent looking for it, but rest assured your request will be fulfilled.

Yeah I have an anti-virus. Specifically I just use MSE, ever since I got it I haven't seen a damn thing. Thankfully, I also use Sandboxie as I go about checking these sites. I figure if I didn't use this each time I was searching for music I'd probably already have a virus, either from all the fake Xenoblade Chronicles stuff or various other download links that were a tad fishy but I was able to pull out the proper from'em.
I'm doing thing's a wee bit safer! And it hasn't let me down yet. Thank you however, for pushing it up. Although you don't have to rush it for the sake of me or others. Just knowing that it's on the way is enough for me. But thank you, I'm excited to add this gem to my collection.

The Xenoblade soundtrack was released by #gamemp3s a long time ago. Just use their tracker to fetch it.

I'll just wait for BossLady. I trust her downloads more than anyone else's after the crap I've already had to deal with with finding this darn soundtrack.

Nothing against BOSS LADY, but #gamemp3s is an established ripping group of game music which is active since years and has always proven to deliver quality releases. If you should trust anybody then it's them and not someone on some shady BBS ;)

Why trust someone or a site they advertise over someone else whom I've already downloaded from? Or better yet, why trust a jerk who says no offense to one person, then insults them, and the forum we all post on? :3 Makes me not wanna trust you more. Good going. ^_~
Point is, I'm waiting for the Boss. Not some jerk's advertised site that I've never heard of before. Deal with it. ;)

First of all, I'm not advertising anything. I also don't care if you trust me or not. I just pointed out the existence of #gamemp3s and the fact that they're active since years (IIRC dating back to 2000). They being an established ripping group is factual, if you want to deny that then I can't help you. What you make of all this is your thing. Deal with the fact that some people are active a lot longer in the scene than you.

You're stretching and blowing a pointless argument far out of the realms of this topic. :P Please do exit that way (Points).
Anyways, this topic has served it's duty. I'll be keeping watch for BossLady's downloads of the soundtrack.

There are always better alternatives to #gamemp3s, and this is me 1upping them.
