It's not out yet... apparently, as I said the releaser merely says Feb. 2013... not a date. So may be the last day of Feb for all we know... but yes, I would assume it would be iTunes when Released since their last one was.

It should be noted that the official Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pokemonreo) has been updated announcing that the release of The Lost Diaries has been delayed. Considering how late in February it already is, I doubt that we will see its release this month.
