Looks more to me like a Photoshop image someone has created from their own computer... I think if it were an official picture, it would a little more professionally done than that.

I'm gonna close this, unless another mod thinks any differently. Or drop me a PM about it. If you do get any concrete information (news article, etc) on a new GBA, then feel free to post a new thread. :)
