Some would say that this sits as the best Mario Kart game yet, although I personally enjoy Mario Kart: Double Dash a bit more, this is still a fantastic racing game. I feel sorry for anyone who has not played this (or any Mario Kart game) as they are so well designed and balanced. Enjoy!

*Disclaimer* I would like to give credit when it is due, but I have no idea who originally ripped these soundtracks. So this disclaimer is to let anyone who may care that most of these are not mine. It is also to collectively give credit to whomever may have originally ripped these fantastic soundtracks. Again, I in no way claim these to be my own, I am just uploading them here, because I felt the need to share them, Thanks!

I didn't spend a fortune on this 30 MB hard drive just so I can fill it with a single album. Can you lower the quality please?

That makes no sense.

It's called being sarcastic. IN other words, anything below 256 kbps MP3 is considered "illegal" here :P

Oh I know. It's just a horrible attempt.

I'm pretty sure anything below 320 is illegal though. Least, most soundtracks in 256 is subject to a massive amount of jovial insults that aren't really jovial.

160kps is usually made to save disk space and while some sound decent, some sound kind of fuzzy and have scratches with high pitches and have lower volume etc. 320kps doesn't have these problems though it does take up more disk space the quality is alot better. It also depends on the sound system your using. I listen on a 5.1 surround sound and I notice a HUGE difference between the 2. Some 160kps rips actually sound good not because of the bitrate but it might sound bad because the rip itself was done in bad quality. But if you aren't picky about quality and/or want to save disk space, then 160kps is ok but to someone like me, 320kps is required. :P
