the soundtrack doesn't match the film it was either sped up or slowed down.

I've been hearing a lot of people say that about DVD/BD rips.

Are you working with PAL region? (25fps)
The film is actually filmed in 24fps ('NTSC-FILM')
NTSC region encodings would be 23.976 (24000/1001).

If you're getting different speed results, it's most likely you're working with PAL or other encoding.
Or maybe a poor DVD rip with VFR (Variable Frame Rate).

I was working with a NTSC. What I meant was alot of the tracks on the soundtrack were sped up compared to the film.

Downloading the files. One of my all time favorite soundtracks. I've been waiting for an official more expanded/complete version of it, but until then, yours seems the best we all can expect to get. Track 37 is not finished yet I take it?

Film version of "Race Against the Sunset" is a messy slice and dice affair, making for a disappointing listen, particularly since it constitutes the climax of the soundtrack, so I've pulled out my trusty wave editor and employing my own splicing, dicing and creative license have salvaged a 2:23 minute version absent the drops and silences.
