Hey MGM could you reup this?

does anyone know why these are incomplete? there are 3 cues that I can find that are missing from here. theres the cue when davy kills mercer, i found that on youtube with no sfx unknown source. its a 23 sec clip. then theres the film version of Parlay which ISN't the soundtrack version. I know this because I cross referenced the movie with the soundtrack. i found the real version from a dvd rip on youtube, but it is lossy. last there is the music when will is talking to bootstrap on the dutchman after beckett is dead and they all throw their hats. I havent been able to find this anywhere. also, i think the Maelstrom part 2 alternate is actuallyy the movie version and the earlier track is the alternate. found this again through watching the movie and referencing the soundtrack. im 75% sure that alternate is the real cue, mostly listened to both tracks after eachother then watched the movie scene and try to see which cue is playing. maelstrom alt has slight percussion changes and subtle differences in orchestration so small the track times are almost the same for both versions. but if you watch the part right after it pans from pintel and ragetti to davy and jack fighting i find that music easiest to discriminate, or the part when will just landed on the dutchman and sees the first mate guy who attacks him.
