Hi everybody !

Here I post an Expanded Score from Beyond Rangoon, by Hans Zimmer. Somebody shared it with me few times ago... And I was disappointed because there is not a lot of new music from the movie.

This edition contains all music from the Original Score (in a different order) and 3 new ones :

- At the end of the track 3, from 5:40, a first Unused Cue
- At the end of the track 5, from 8:38, this is the only new music from the movie : the escape in the jungle
- At the end of the track 7, from 1:07, the 2nd Unused Cue

I don't think the unused pieces are from the Beyond Rangoon score at all. Probably from something else (or something someone put together themselves with some music software).

Obviously it's not a real expanded version. The "new" music at the end of track 5 is available on Nick Glennie-Smith's sampler. The rest is just the OST, in a weird order (and even with repeated material).

We can call it an "expanded score", because there is a new music from the movie...May be ONE music, but a new music anyway :)

Thanks for re-upping this. Just got the OST for the first time a month or so ago. It's very different than what I'm accustomed to from Zimmer. More unreleased music from this score is definitely appreciated.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of unreleased music.... Just a few minutes. Still waiting for a complete score leaked... or a new release by Lalaland or Varese or Intrada...or else ! :)

Are there still no track names for this?

I confirm : no track name. These are the original tracks, as I got it few years ago...

Half of them are the same as on the OST, so at least we have names for those.
