For DAKoftheOTA:

No, my friend.
In Greek the nominative case is Yannis.
The vocative case is Yanni.
Ok?
But after all this is Greek for you.

Indeed it is Greek for me. 'Twas only a joke :)

And is anyone else having a problem downloading?

Awesome, great share! I hope that one day Roger Waters and David Gilmour will put aside their differences and get back onstage together. They're not getting any younger....

And there it is. The single best "like" of 2013 for me. I could not agree with you more. Pink Floyd is my favorite band and it kills me that Roger Waters and David Gilmour could not just put their differences aside and play for the fans. If they cared, they'd do it. Let the past be the past and move on. But I am very grateful for Roger Waters going back on tour doing The Wall, which is (as I mentioned above) my favorite album of all time. Saw him at MSG. Poor Nick Mason though, I feel like he's probably stuck in between them and doesn't know what to do...

Yeah, I completely agree. The Wall is their masterpiece IMHO and it just doesn't sound the same when they each try to do it solo. I think that David Gilmour has tried to extend an olive branch to Waters in the past, but he was told to "please go and %&$ myself." During the 121212 concert Roger Waters sounded good, but you can tell that the rock star lifestyle has taken its toll on him. Gilmour has fared much better.

As far as I'm concerned, The Wall IS their masterpiece. A lot of people say it's Dark Side of the Moon, but it's definitely The Wall. Don't get me wrong, I fucking love DSotM - it's an amazing album (Time & Us and Them are the best tracks IMO), but it's not a story like The Wall is. The Wall takes you on a journey, DSotM doesn't.

I saw Waters on November 6, 2010 at Madison Square Garden. It was fantastic and will probably always be the best concert I've ever been to. It was an amazing Christmas present, as well. There's nothing quite like seeing the lead singer of your favorite band perform your favorite album and sing your favorite song (Mother) in an entire show. I was brought to tears and I said to myself "I'm never going to forget this".

As much as I love Waters, he really is an asshole. He comes off very self-centered and he thinks that HE himself is Pink Floyd. I prefer them all together, but David Gilmour, Nick Mason & Richard Wright proved him wrong with A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell.

I did see him perform Comfortably Numb (on TV, not live lol) as the 12/12/12 concert. I was pissed off that Eddie Vedder was involved as I cannot stand Pearl Jam. Interesting choice, I thought. I enjoyed Us and Them better as Vedder wasn't involved and that's my 2nd favorite Pink Floyd song. I think Waters looks good for his age (I think he's 71 or 72?) and he sounded great when I saw him 2 years ago. In fact, I think all 3 of them still look good.

Was I just stoned or did Eddie Vedder only sing one verse of Comfortably Numb and a dude that looked just like him sing the rest of it? That seemed awfully odd to me..

Couldn't tell ya...I cannot stand him. He sounds like he's drunk when he "performs". My eyes and ears were on Waters the entire time
