I know I'm missing a track or two from the loading screens but I think those tracks used soundbanks as opposed to ADPCM, I wasn't able to find it amongst all the audio (music and speech) in the disc's data.

Looking up Wikipedia for the soundtrack list (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midnight_Club_3:_DUB_edition_Soundtrack), it's missing Disco 2001 by The Ratt Pakk (1:16) and Murder Death Kill (Feat. Celph Titled) by 7L & Esoteric (2:55). However, I doubt that these are in the game disk as the listings are for the purchasable album instead of the actual game soundtrack list.

It's also missing the various looping instrumental versions of the other songs used for the loading screens, some of which are below:
