I just downloaded and it is not complete. The rar file only has 11 tracks.

Download worked great for me! There are 16 tracks in this release (14 tracks listed above plus 2 itunes bonus tracks). Not sure why you're only seeing 11 tracks teodiosistec- they're all there for me.
