looking for a REALLY GOOD ONE using traditional japanese musical instruments like the Zita etc

I know this isn't very "traditional" sounding music, but you may like Yoshida Brothers

I also recommend Yoshida Brothers. They made great songs by using shamisens.

The Yosida Brothers first japanese albums are more traditional but all their albums rock. You may also want to look into Taro Takemitsu and Michio Miyagi.
