Thanks for this Yannis. Although I wasn't overly keen on the hillbilly-style score, which seem out of place in a French film (perhaps the bluegrass music signifies the excitement of the American cowboy west against the drab existence of Manesquier's life?), it is a happy memory of a cherished film starring the magnificent Jean Rochefort. The piano and orchestral parts are lovely in the recurring melancholy main theme.
