ELLA ENCHANTED by Nick Glennie-Smith (Lossless/FLAC)
From 2004, Ella Enchanted was a re-imagining of the Cinderella story with Anne Hathaway in the lead out to break a fairy's curse that causes her to be completely obedient. The OST released on Hollywood Records featured 12 vocals used in the film, and a special "extended" version added more vocals plus a snippet of score. The 38 tracks on this disc match in timing the 38 tracks found on the Scoring Session release that has been circulating online, so we can probably assume this is the same thing but with a new cover and titles given to each track. As you'd expect from the story, Nick Glennie-Smith's music is a fairy-tale mix of mystery and romance, with a dose of royal pomp. There's a choir too, and some synth in there as well (hard to tell how much).
38 tracks totaling about 49 minutes.
Good stereo sound. No vocals, dialog or sfx.
Tau and EAC indicated all tracks on this disc to be lossless.
Disc was ripped to FLAC using XLD.
