There is no release for season 3, let alone season 4
I have rips of season 3 from the composer's web-site posted in the last page of my TV thread, go and get 'em. :)

Both the soundtracks editions of season 3 and 4, will be released for sale on CD in the next week. And in digital format are already for sale since two weeks ago.
