Ripped from the rom image of the game using AFS Explorer. It can rip music files and sound files that are inside AFS files(like what I did with Death Crimson OX (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f72/death-crimson-ox-rip-117731/?highlight=)).

Edit: The 3 tracks "EF" were all named the same, so I added numbers next to them.
