How are these made?
MIDIs, SynthFont and soundfonts by any chance?

If this is who I think it is, then he uses a vst called VOPM and uses samples he ripped with the help of in_vgm.

I would like to see whoever did this to do a Megamix of Sonic Unleashed.

This isn't bad but a lot of it doesn't sound very Genesis-ish at all, with a lot of samples sounding really out of place or "off." I guess I'm just too damn picky, considering how much I love the Saturn OST.
