SPECIAL NOTE AS OF NOV 25, 2013: Intrada just released this score in much better stereo sound that what I had to share, and with 31 additional tracks too! My 9-track version was OK as long as nothing else was available, but anyone still interested in this score will be much happier with the superior Intrada release. For that reason I deleted the link.
