Hey, just wondering if any of you are awesome at film, cinematography and shooting etc...
There is a film technique that I'm trying to do, but I don't exactly know how to do it. It's probably the coolest thing I've seen in film.
Here are 2 examples of the technique I'm trying to recreate:
I've gone ahead and created YT links that skip straight to the scene(s) so you don't have to watch the whole video

Boyzone - Going Gets Tough. Keep an eye on the RED BALL.

Scribe's Not Many remix. Pay attention to his hand/head movements.
How did they create these shots?
Any ideas are welcome, I need all the help I can get.
I think it has something to do with tracking vs aspect ratio, but I'm still learning.
If anyone ACTUALLY knows how to do this, I'd be so grateful if you could teach me! :D
