There are numerous free and easy to use conversion programs. What you need to consider is that to re-up in mp3 , he needs to convert it, and then up it, and that takes a bit of time to do. Just download and convert...

definitely the post of the day ! anyone care to share information about what they use for converting FLAC to 320 ? it is appreciated.

If you have a MAC I used a program called All2MP3. It worked really well.
