Ok, so here it is - a complete Syndicate gamerip with proper track names extracted directly from Waves_Streamed.xwc
Now this wouldn't be possible without Renikrill's help who wrote a QuickBMS script for this type of files.
A solid bro-fist to him for that!

And a couple words about technical aspects for anyone who cares:
PC version is presumably the best in terms of audio quality since the same Waves_Streamed.xwc container is larger than its Xbox360 and PS3 counterparts.
PC version uses Ogg. The bitrate varies from track to track, I didn't transcode anything, so this is the source material.
In total there were 850 tracks, most of which are sfx and environmental ambience (rain, streets, vehicles), I kept everything that is an actual background music, not just noise.
During game's ending credits the names of 5 in-house composers at Starbreeze are shown, but it is unknown who is responsible for which tracks so here I will only list the main two and as a whole the credit goes to Starbreeze sound department.

Of course there's a way to convert it to mp3. Just get foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/download) player, load all Ogg files in the playlist, right-mouse click and select 'Convert' > choose mp3/wav or any other format.

No I believe not. Not totally sure though...

mp3 are lossy, OGG are lossy as well, but not as lossy as mp3. Still converting from lossy to lossy results in loss of quality, so the answer to the question is yes.

Hey Milo, sounds like you've made a bunch of people pretty happy with the game rip! Unfortunately, it looks like all of the download links are down, and the .rar I got from Bayfiles is broken. (I keep getting this error: The archive 'Syndicate_[PC]_2012_-_soundtrack_gamerip_(OGG)' could not be expanded, the file 'env_mus_s07_laballena_l_near.ogg' it contains seems to be broken.)
I know it's been awhile, but this is the only place I can find the music. Think you could help me out a bit and reupload the rip?

Seems to be working. I will try to upload the .ogg files within the next 48 hours.

Here it is, comrades. I uploaded the files on Mediafire (163 tracks, 447 MB). Mediafires enforces a 200MB-limit on the size of uploaded files, so I had to make three folders.

For those who are a bit slow with computers: just click on the link. If you want to use copy/paste, don't simply copy the name of the file ("Syndicate (2012) - part N.zip"), it won't work. For those who use Mozilla Firefox: right-click on the name of the file, then choose "copy link location" in the context menu.

I also encourage users who have successfully downloaded the whole soundtrack, or who already have it, to re-upload it on their own, on mediafire or other websites (not to mention P2P sharing...). Share it in any and every way possible, but don't attract unnecessary attention by posting my links on public forums or Youtube (otherwise copyright bastards will have the files deleted...). The soundtrack is almost impossible to find on the Internet. There is not much to be found on the Web, except for the same omnipresent hipster turdstep track that is uploaded again and again on Youtube by retarded teenagers who believe that Skrillexcrement composed the whole soundtrack. Fortunately, his "work" is heard only during the fight with Agent Tatsuo and in the game credits... Honestly, this track sounds to me like a cyborg scratching his balls frantically while burping and flatulating on the toilet seat. But luckily it's less than 1% of the soundtrack. Anyway it's just my personal opinion....

Actually they are not down but I see what you mean. Indeed, it doesn't work if you copy/paste the link because it's just a file name ("Syndicate (2012) - part N.zip"). You have to click on the link.
