The speaker is Johnny Cash and the narration is taken from his song "The Man Comes Around." Can't help with the instrumental piece of music, its probably a custom piece composed for the trailer.

The real name of the song is the Red Zone by Massive Noise Machine. However that won't help you because it is an unreleased track. I too have been searching for this song.
