FILM MUSIC BY GERARD ANFOSSO (rare tracks from French composer) (LPs to CD) (lossless/flac)
In the late 70s-early 80s, the French composer Gerard Anfosso scored a string of delightful movies for director Jean-Charles Tracchella, most notably the Academy Award-winning "Cousin, Cousine." A few of these soundtracks were released on French LPs, and selections from 3 of them are included on this special compilation. All tracks are from near-mint stereo LPs and were transferred to CD by a professional audio company.
The 3 films included are:
Le Pays Bleu (1982) = 8 tracks
Il y a Longtemps Que je t'Aime (1981) (not the 2008 film with the same name) = 8 tracks
Croque La Vie (1984) = 1 track
17 tracks totaling 45 minutes
Anfosso's music is upbeat and tuneful with an emphasis on brass, although the theme from "Le Pays Bleu" is a pensive ballad for guitar and strings.
Source: near-mint LPs transferred to CD (lossless)
Audio Quality: great stereo sound
Scan of cover only (front & back) is included in the file.
