DARK SOULS has a Beautiful OST But sadly one of the Best Tracks is missing and thats the Character Creation Track.

If someone can rip that from the Game in High quality Sound i would greatly appreciate it.

but Fortunately for the FFshrine community someone i wish i could remeber his name ripped the character creation track from Demon souls and posted it on here.

the demons souls track you posted is from the Nexus, similar to the character creation theme but done wiht a harp ..or something.

I didn't get to play Dark Souls yet and just stumbled over this. Funny how they left out the best track on the soundtrack AGAIN.

Since nobody posted it here despite having been available for months (and I've kept looking for it), i will:

Dark Souls game rip (Thread 110201) by Infernus Animositas, after extracting the archive, look for the track 02 - Config — that's the character creation music.

Demon's Souls game rip (Thread 95467) by Infernus Animositas — 40 - DS BGM Other 00000001 is the character creation music.

And here are just the two character creation tracks as gapless loops, looped only once (5:00 and 3:48 down from 10:11 and 7:58), in lossless on Zippyshare (http://www36.zippyshare.com/v/14811486/file.html).
