I'm looking for the MP3 format.. i don't want ogg xma flac I dunno how to convert and I aint downloading programs from the net that could contain spyware/viruses etc

also if you find a megaupload one plz have it in download format like .rar or .zip i cannot open any other format files, i've already googled for it
