I can’t verify it right off, but it sounds like it’s from one of the F-Zero games, or a similar-styled game. If it is from the 80’s, I don’t think this is from a game, as it’s very wave-synth sounding, and that didn’t come along until the SNES/Genesis era in the early 90’s….
