I like the character a lot, just the highlights in the hair are a bit crazy. Make them follow around the hair in a semi-circle instead of big clumps like that. Otherwise great job ^_^

Wow, I like the clothes. They have details, something my drawn clothes usually lack.
About the highlights in the hair, I think that one on the right side is alright, but the one on the left should be different. If I was a little more skilled with words today, I�d tell you what I mean by "different"… -_-"
