umm..
when i click on setup it says that the setups only for windows 95 so i got a xp patch for it but the patch says that the game has to be installed for the patch to work any1 got any idieas? >< HELLLLPPPPPPPP

The same thing happened to me for FF8,i sought for advice but didnt get.So i just gave up.

If you downloaded the game that is your problem, also a no-cd patch would effect it, did you have to apply a registry?
