Anime going downhill

Anime is going way downhill with all this strange anime loaded with sex I hate it!!

Pantsu anime?
Agent Aika = SCARY!

Pantsu is ok but when it’s like in every screen it gets distrubing and after five minutes it’s soooo annoying >;\

Can you back up your statement with facts? 😛 I totally must have missed all those sex animes lately……………

I think he means anime with loads of pantsu shots or he could mean hentai ;x

I know WHAT he means, but I totally fail to see the recent increase of this kind of anime that he claims is happening. So he should come up with facts, a few examples, and maybe some statistics to show me he’s not just talking no matter what. 🙂

I havent seen any sex stuff in anime, except for those BGR, skirt lifting, bathing, see through white shirts etc.. I dont see what’s the problem.

Just get some different series. If you have a problem with sex, then milling about in the porn section will only bring you dissapointment.

I wouldn’t say anime is going downhill at all.

The japanese society is more used to that sort of thing.. As where in America, the editors try to censor every damn lil thing.

I say appreciate anime for the beauty of it. And if you see something you’re uncomfortable with, then don’t watch it. 😉

actually it really bugs me a lot as well. i know i’m the hentai master and all. and i have a hentai collection big enough to make the library of congress look like a preschools clifford collection, but i find it distracting when i’m obviously not expecting it.

lets say i’m all into inu yasha and into the story for the episode i’m watching. and then they have a scene where the girl takes a bath, well…what am i supposed to do. I mean seriously, its distracting because my dirty mind will, in mere nanoseconds, think up things like, "ooh, i wonder if they’ll show it" and "if they do i wonder how she looks" and "man i can’t wait to see if they show it" and "i bet she’s hot!" and "man i wish i could get laid by an anime chick" and "damn why did i have to be human"

see. i start thinking all those things. that’s very distracting. i don’t like to see fanservice unless i ASK for it. that way i’m all ready and prepare. not caught off guard wondering whether i should ignore it or pull my "thing" out.

but its all good though. annoying thought it may be because it confuses a horny man like myself, but fun none-the-less. very fun. so…i like it. 😀

I totally and completely agree with you on everything you just said, cept I dont have a huge collection of it….

I don’t think anime is going downhill at all, actually, I think it is getting better. There are tons of great new sries coming out. And the amount of sexual scenes hasn’t really gone up, I mean Inuyasha is 7 years old and the manga is 8.

A bath scene in a show to me is just another part of the show. Maybe it is because I am not a super horny freak, (only a little horny freak), since something as miniscule as that wouldn’t bother me. If Kagome started making out with one of her friends from school I could see what you mean.

I think the bath scenes are there to keep us guys interested and maybe the animators enjoy drawing the scenes.
