Almost Famous [Untitled] (24bit-96kHz Vinyl Transfer) FLAC

I’ve had this in my Vinyl collection (sealed) for a while now. It ultimately stayed that way when I realised how valuable it had become…I tracked down another unsealed copy for playback purposes, but the other will be stashed safely for the future.

This isn’t my transfer, so kudos to the original uploader. I hate calling these ‘rips’ as it insults the time and effort taken to archive this masterpiece to 24bit. Ripping is for CD’s and I’m sure a CD version of this release doesn’t exist. Certainly not in it’s entirety at any rate…

Good for you and all, but this release was sourced from the actual CD. And the bonus Stillwater songs were available in the Untitled DVD set on CD.

From Classic Records Website: "The Stillwater tracks were mastered directly by Bernie Grundman from the 1/2" analog masters (*due to time constraints with this production, digital sources were utilized for the other repertoire)"

My favorite movie. I’ve been attempting at putting together the complete soundtrack for years now
