I remember watching this movie on the SciFi Channel (back when it was still called that) and this was one of the few decent SciFi Channel Originals that they’d shown, if it actually was a SciFi Channel Original, as the channel claimed. Of course, they also tried to claim that Dog Soldiers was a SciFi Channel Original as well, so maybe the channel was always a bit…untrustworthy. The film itself was okay, although I seriously believe that the alien design they used would have been perfect for a predalien. That was a seriously well-made monster suit, although the little cgi baby aliens were…not very good, to put it mildly. The fight between the female soldier and the alien at the end was really good though, so there’s that.
