Affection Values (Spoilers)

Okay, so I just recently read this and thought it was pretty neat. Like in FFVII, the girls in FFX have affection values that determine what happens in certain scenes.

– When going to the temple in Macalania, you ride with one of the girls in a snowmobile, or perhaps even alone. This depends on your affection value.

– When going to fight Sin, your characters all jump off the airship. The girl with your highest affection value will jump off first, at which point Tidus will say something like "Star blitzball players first."

– The character who you have the highest affection value with throws the blitzball to Tidus when you use his Blitz Ace.

– Various other stuff, I think, I’m not sure. I know that this time around playing the game I got a funny scene with Lulu on the airship before going to fight Sin that I didn’t get the first time around.

So who here has gotten what? I read that it’s possible to get Yuna on the snowmobile heading for Macalania, but I think the first time I played the game I got Rikku and the second time I either got her, Lulu, or no one. I’m not sure.

Not girl, character. I had Lulu jump off my first time around and than Wakka on the second time around. So Wakka, Auron, and Kimarhi can also jump first…

Not character, girl. Only Yuna, Lulu, and Rikku can throw the ball… Not the males…

At Guadosalem, when Yuna is going to give Seymour her decision and everyone else has to wait, someone will talk to you about Yuna and Tidus and stuff… I got Lulu the first time and Rikku the second time… Rikku talked about how she wants to have lotsa kids so everyone will have a big bro or sis to look after them…

I’ve only played through the game once,and on the snow-mobile i’m certain it was Lulu who was on it with Tidus and also when Tidus jumps off the airship i’m fairly sure that it was Lulu who followed then… other than those two times i’m not sure, because I didn’t take the time to note because I wasn’t aware that there were affection values at all.

rikku for the snowmobile thing, and Yuna for everything else….

Does these stuff work only for the japanese version or can it work for any because I tried to get rikku for that but it didn’t work

I got Rikku on the snowmobile and I have the US version, so it can be done.

i’ve had Rikku and Lulu on the snowmobile (different files). its better with Rikku. the scene is cooler. well the conversation is.
