That question in fact almost borders into how anime can technically be considered television. :confused:

Anime essentially means ‘Japanese cartoons’ from what I read somewhere. So, while technically it isn’t wrong for this to be here, it shouldn’t be. It’s Western cartoons, not Japanese cartoons-based.

I’d rather call Inspector Gadget’s original series "anime" anyday over this. :p
