Ability Scrolls?

ok I know I am asking alot, but I am just trying to beat the game quickly, I am working on beating every "vintage game I own" and I am 22yrs, so I don;t have alot of time left, LOL. Ne way I am trying to find some Str, Vit, etc. Ability scrolls, and every were I look it says the timber pet shop for 10k, however, my Timber pet shop doesn;t offer these items. Ne ideas why, or were is a better place, note I am only at the Edea’s house part at the end of disk 2.

u could try doing the obel lake side quest because sumtime while doing that u will get a luck-j scroll (it is not the final item though)
