a wallpaper I did….

well I did this wallpaper but I’m not really pleased with myself. I think there’s too much white and the resolution is bad. But It’s the best work I did until now. please comment my work. say what you think and not want I want to hear! 🙂 Don’t be afraid to hurt me since I want to get better. I did this wallpaper with "Paint" and "Unlead Photoimpact". I have just these 2 tools so if you have one or two to suggest me, just do it. No it isn’t. It looks like a jumbled mass of swirling colors. The clashing colors make for a lousy desktop because it would complicate finding your icons if you didn’t spread them across the white parts. And even then, it would be a pain to find anything with the retina-burning contrasts tugging at your attention.

Criticism is always more useful than blindly saying that whatever someone does is good. Thus, you do far more harm than I ever could.

Well, I like the look of it. But it is true what Prak said, if you want to use it on your desktop, you won’t be able to see the icons very well.

Its not bad at all, i wish i could do that kinda stuff i just collect the wallpapers other people do,lol

i tihnk the larger one is deffinatley better (they’re the same pic aren’t they……….) but still you can see it kore and it looks great but same thing as Aerith and Prak….

Blend the images in the text better and it’ll look half decent. Nice idea.

The pictures inside the text look a bit sloppy because they’re just lined up, if you blended the edges together it’d give a nicer look.

Also, all the colour in the centre is a bit much. Perhaps you could make the FFX logo kind of transparent, so it’s faded into the background, then there will be less overwhelming colour.

It looks great now. I like it.

great job on the wall paper. i wish i would do that type of stuff. btw what program did you use???

I like it, everything goes well together.
The only thing I can suggest is fill the background a bit more, its just plain white.

welll the program I used was Paint. You know the litle program that comes with windows. I did it with it.

Its a nice looking desktop, cept if the text FFX had a background to match more with it, it would be better than white in my opinion. Or even having Sin in the background.

I like it, i don’t think the icons would be a problem either, well not a big one. Sometimes i run across niftay wallpapers that make icons a problem, but then i just rearrange the icons to where they’re more visible. I’m not into digimedia, but that’s just cause i don’t have my own PC, but i like this a lot. I have fond memories of FFX, yay for square, and yay for you.
