A Mystery on My Hands

This is a strange song that I found on an Icy Tower character (don’t know if anyone is familiar with that game, but you can create characters with their own ‘soundtracks’ and use them in game), and I have a modded character that I downloaded a long time ago with a theme that I can’t seem to place or find anywhere on the internet. It sounds a lot like the "Hawaii Five-0" theme, but it breaks into a different tune after the intro and then re-syncs, and it also has more of a lighthearted polka feel to it. Anyone familiar with the song, or know where I could find the source? The Mediafire link to the song is below. I have no metadata for the song, just a small 55 second wav labeled "bgm". Any assistance would be appreciated!

It’s Hawaii Five 0. A version no doubt. But which one?

That’s what I’m thinking. But there’s that strange part that changes in this song that doesn’t change in any of the five-0 at 0:11. Plus the whole accordian thing going on the background. It sounds like it has to be some kind of spoof (the trombone is much too goofily played for it to be taken seriously). But I can’t find this particular mix anywhere on the internet.

My friend thinks it could be a few things. A "shitty meme cover" or a mashup.. So, the H5-0 Theme and another one layered on top.
The latter is very plausible as your versions sounds like it has pitch shifted from the original, different tempo and such.

But then again it could be someone dicking around
