There is a lot of static, popping noise that can be heard throughout the final minute of Track 7, entitled Strength of an Empire. I believe that is what SonoftheKing is trying to say.

While there is a lot of static at the end of track 7, that was not the point I was trying to make. I thought track 7 did not belong in this album because it is a track from a different album, "Two Steps from Heaven"—see track 3 here: Two Steps from Heaven (album) – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_Steps_from_Heaven_(album)) However, after examining this article Classics Volume One (Two Steps from Hell album) – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classics_Volume_One_(Two_Steps_from_Hell_album)) I see that there were several versions released of this album. It appears that the album uploaded here by rrprod21 is either from iTunes or CDbaby.com.

Excellent album, though I must say, the track Strength of an Empire is extremely distorted and overdriven for some reason. I was able to replace it with the version from the album Heaven, however, so that it wouldn’t be crackly anymore.
