From the acclaimed composer to classic jRPGs Chrono Trigger and Xenogears, Yasunori Mitsuda’s latest music project comes in the form of the new Wii exclusive title, Xenoblades.
The release date is TBA, but the official website has launched and presents the game’s official main theme.

TY for the upload and different arrangements though.
No connection, it’s just Tetsuya Takahashi’s next project.
No worries, otherwise. Just thought I’d ask ^^
I hope it has conections the Xenosaga series.
There was some connections between Xenogears and Xenosaga (kind of), so maybe there will …. hope too ^^

Really odd, i’ve gotten conflicting reports myself that it will at least be within the xeno "spirit".
Anyway thank you very much for the upload!
Yet it’s not him so ah…disappointment.
2 BGM Tracks, the new one is awesome !
Glad to see that’s Yoko Shimomura’s working on this game, when I first heard the music, I though it was Shimomura+Mitsuda on the same track ^^
4 disk OST!
2 posts above yours, it’s both. The track in the OP is not Mitsuda’s style at all. Yoko Shimomura is the main composer.
It won’t. The Xeno name was just put on there for marketing purposes. It was originally going to be released under the title Monado: Beginning of the World. It has no connection to Xenogears or Xenosaga beyond the Xeno name.
As for the song itself, I get a pretty strong Shimomura vibe from it. The melody is definitely her style, though Mitsuda might have some influences in the slower pacing and more orchestrated feel.
Thanks in advance!
