Yw. And I’m sorry it’s not to your liking… I’m finding all sorts of great layers and textures in this. And it’s very bombastic, much like the previously adored Tyler Bates score. Artemisia’s Childhood is a fave with the mysterious dulcimer hammer instrument intro then it’s light Persian influenced instruments and then it comes in heavy towards the end with a huge cacophony of Japanese tycho(?) drums as in the previous movie’s soundtrack. I am most impressed with Junkie Xl aka Tom Holkenborg’s flair for dramatic film music considering what sort of music he creates and derives from. Very much a nice surprise to me as when Daft Punk did the amazing TRON Legacy soundtrack. Hope he makes more soon. 🙂

Actually i like this score A LOT! And a lot more than the 1st one, which had only a couple of moments of greatness imo. This one is pure fun and badassness. For me it works like an extension of all the "Zod" material from Man Of Steel, along with some funny oriental sounds (I particularly like the use of claps in some tracks, it’s so weird).

Yw. I’m looking forward to a better quality version soon. Yeah the instrumentation is very exotic and textured. There’s alot of indian influence and heavy guitar riffs as before. A bit of some percussive synth elements from the TDKR soundtrack sprinkled throughout imo. Thanks for the trailer tune. 🙂
