I’m new here, so hopefully this will be an acceptable first contribution.
I didn’t go to the concert intending to record it, so I didn’t have any real equipment with me, but this didn’t turn out too badly, considering.

Recorded from the stalls, Row E, hard stage left, more or less in front of the kit drummer, who bled around his baffle somewhat, so the levels aren’t always great (check out Diabolic Bash to see what I mean). Recorded on a Samsung Galaxy S-10 using RecForge II in 44kHz-Stereo (Mono x 2) mode>WAVs amplified and trimmed in audacity>split using CD Wave Editor>converted to FLAC (level 8) and ffp files generated using Trader’s Little Helper.

Feel free to do whatever you like with this recording (share it, re-encode it however you wish, remaster it, whatever you want), but please don’t sell it. Please do not try to sell it. A lot of creative people’s hard work went into making this music, and it isn’t ours to profit from. Plus, you don’t want Disney’s lawyers after you (and neither do I).

You’re welcome!
It was wonderful; I can’t recommend it enough if you ever get the chance. There was so much good feeling in the room, it was just a delight 🙂

I’ve been to the orchestra every year so far, this year was definitely the best one, for sure.

I went to the concert here in NYC back in June, it was indeed absolutely amazing. I recorded some audio as well, although not as much as I wish I had.

This was the first time I managed to get there. I’ve been looking forward to it for a long time!

I went to the concert here in NYC back in June, it was indeed absolutely amazing. I recorded some audio as well, although not as much as I wish I had.

Any chance we could hear it? Apart from audio of the Paris concert on Youtube I haven’t managed to find any of the other performances anywhere.
