These files were ripped directly from the English Open Beta client (http://forum.ragezone.com/f857/lime-odyssey-obt-english-client-1160226/), except for the Santa Claus song which I got from this YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2Tm_HBnYK4&list=PL3989DC738C7ABFCF&index=34&t=0s).

Were the source files in OGG-format and 160 kbps VBR quality? Just wondering whether a lossless version of this soundtrack exists anywhere.

Yes, the OGG files are directly from the game folder. As far as I know there was no official soundtrack release, so this is probably the best quality you can find. Apparently some of the tracks were available to download on the official Lime Odyssey website way back when it still existed, but I have no idea where to find them or if the quality was better.
